ABSTRACT
Kasri LA, Chenfour N., XML model for relational integrity
constraints and complex types, Onl J Bioinform., 23 (2):190-202,
2022. Limits to XML are hierarchical
structure and absence of integrity constraints. We describe an XML storage
database for management of integrity constraints and object model by typage created by SQL3 queries. We developed a
Java XML framework to map SQL3 and XML to validate stored data in database.
