ABSTRACT

Gaur VS, Singh VK, Kumar A, Marla SS, Singh US., In silico cis-regulatorion of DOF genes in Oryza sativa L. rice. Onl J Bioinform., 25 (3) :130-146, 2024. japonica rice genome sequence generated 36 genes models of Dof genes. To determine functions we performed in silico analysis of 1000bp upstream promoter Dof transcription. Our classification led to 6  Dof gene regulators in promoter region that control circadian rhythm, hormones, biotic stress. We determined that motifs in promoters sequences of Dof  genes Dof TFs control expression of genes from germination to seed setting.

Key Words: Rice, genome, DOF genes, cis-regulation.
