GenomeBrowser is a software tool aimed at interactive visualization, analysis, and annotation of genetic sequences. GenomeBrowser allows a user to navigate, zoom and create annotations for selected parts of sequences. The options of advanced search, set of contextual statistics, support of major genetic data formats and pluggable modules interface increase efficiency, simplify and in a number of cases, make the process of analysis automatic.
