:172-176, 2024. Candida albicans fungal pathogen adapts to altered pH and other
stresses to survive. By next generation sequencing we show how its genes are expressed under stress We performed gene discovery through 5 algorithms and 3 reference assembly on
35 Candida albicans SC5314 from previously analysed RNA-Seq data. By comparative genomics we identified 3002 conserved undiscovered genes. Using the same input RNA-Seq data, we compared genes
from this analysis with published data to reveal gene enhancement in stressed Candida
albicans.
